Valentine's Project & other things!

I'm back with some photos of projects, (not yet finished mind!) one of my weaknesess in crafting. I'm attempting to do a Valentine's project as a present for my husband.

It's a memory box i have had for a little while, & up until now i wasn't quite sure what to do with it. So i've been out & bought lots of bits & pieces, such as-roses, butterflies, wording etc, all i need now is to sort some photos out.

I am hoping to get a few pics printed in a small passport size showing us both over the 10 years we have now been together. (Older, but wiser?!)

We both had young children when we met, & taking on each others offspring has been a struggle at times.

But i'm proud to say they have grown up into lovely young adults, so i think we did an ok job as parents/step-parents.

I think i might have aged 30 years in the process though :-/

At present, I haven't stuck anything down on paper yet, i'm just pushing the embellishments around the page until i'm happy where i want things to be.

But i have a good starting point- a gorgeous red paper heart shape as my background.

I will upload pictures once its completed, which should be soon as V day is fast approaching.

(Apologies for the crappy iphone pics, i will hunt down my trusty Lumix which takes lovely pics)

I thought i'd upload a couple of photos of where i try & craft. (For my visitor klmpink! not as big as yours unfortunately! & very much like a sauna!)
My cabin-
It could do with a clear out & a spring clean really, (another thing on my to do list!)
But it gives you an idea of where i attempt to craft.
Lastly, I have recently (almost) finished! a little house project i saw in a magazine a while ago.I have yet to add some photos, (this is what always holds my projects up from being finished. But i think it still looks quite nice without any photos at the moment.
Quite pleased with this really. :-D

Anyway, back soon with some more projects,
you never know some of them might actually be finished!!
Thanks for stopping by
